Abbey Gordon grew up in California, and currently lives in Petaluma.  She creates in a wide range of mediums including illustration, relief print, digital design, and accessories.  She got her start as a child drawing dogs, and now holds an Art Degree from U.C. Berkeley where she was trained in woodcut relief printmaking and illustration.  An avid outdoors-woman, you may find her running trails, exploring canyons, or anywhere with her feet in the sand. Her favorite thing is to wake up in the desert at dawn, tumble out of her sleeping bag, make a hot drink, and experience the sunrise with art supplies.  Her deep love of the desert, mountains, and creatures fuels her artwork and motivates her to explore the space between human spirit and natural world.  She makes beautiful earth-centric art, inspired by the world.
